I watched your talk with our Defence Secretary which was aired by our national television stations.

It was not a usual straight forward one of BBC hardtalks which we have seen for the last many years. In that all answers given to Stephen's question was never allowed to conclude. Every reply was rudely cut off with another question. The interruptions were not of a point clarifying ones but completely stopping the Explaining of Mr. Gotabaya. Only you were giving statements which your paymasters have ordered or fancies. The whole affair was one sided (one track mind). Watching it was disgusting.

I do not know the laws of UK but in Sri Lanka who follow Dutch law has a unique legal system. The Judges gives a proved beyond doubt law breakers a chance to express their views before passing the judgment.

Your motive is very clear. Not listening to our respected a national leader (and a war hero) Mr. Gotabaya Rajapakse is to humiliate and insult my mother country Sri Lanka.

I understand that USA and UK has suspended giving training to our Army, Navy, Air Force personnel citing Retired General Fonseka's white flag talk. You and the west accept and believe that Mr. Fonseka's Sunday Leader revelations are True and crucifying Sri Lanka. You people never see any wrong doing of USA. UK in Iraq, Afghanistan's etc. Having said that I like to pose a question to you if you believe Mr. Fonseka's statement as Gospel truth Why don't you believe Mr. Fonseka's later statements regarding war crimes. Which he says no soldier committed any war crimes.

You and the west are trying to penalize and hold Sri Lanka for ransom for Crushing LTTE. This is real proof that the above has been supporting the LTTE and are bend to take revenge. We can understand the Moon, Sun and the Rainbow is against Sri Lanka that they wants to be re -appointed to the same posts and the path for it is to market USA, UK, Canadas sentiments against our country. That is also the reason behind NGO's making wild attempts to stop us getting the GSP.

Miliband, that band and this band and Kumaraswamy, that Samy and this Samy are periodically make noises about Sri Lanka war crimes, has any of them or other LTTE supporters ever questioned USA for calling aborigines The Red Indians who habited America before invaded by Foreigners (UK, USA,Germany,France) for a discussion about ruling the country then murdering 690 chieftains in the tent and getting hold of the country. Bombing Hiroshima after Japan consented to surrender. Has anyone question about British for murdering Sri Lankan Buddhists by simply shooting who did not comply with their unreasonable demands during their governing period of our country up to 1815.

Or the last week destroying the convoy of food ships by Israyalis. Or indiscriminate bombing in Iraq, Afghanistan killing infants and civilians has any of the commanding officers say that they will testify in a International war crime inquiry.

Stephen do you condone any wrong doing or acts just because it is done against Sri Lanka. You need not worry about Mr. Fonseka he will be given all necessary free hand to defend himself in any legal action or charges as any Sri Lankan  would be given under the constitution. If found NOT GUILTY he will be freed. If he is found guilty and sentenced he will be given a chance to appeal against the judgment.

I have been watching TV talks from USA, UK and Sri Lanka including Harry King alive shows. All of them were conducted in a very decent way not only to the quarry or the question but also giving a fair change to the invitee to express his side of the matter or the story. It is high time for you Stephen To learn to conduct an interview correctly. With experience we know that people who conduct such talks are always are puppets of their Paymasters who are trying their best to satisfy the Employers and Journalists change  their tunes accordingly when they change the Employer.

They also have different yard sticks and attitude even in the mode and questions to Europeans and Asians. The Europeans are treated very delicately and I have heard that the questions are given days before to them to be ready with answers.

I am a senior citizen living in Sri Lanka for 68 years and like to inform you that your understanding (or misinformation) about the LTTE and my country Lacks the true facts or may be Journalists and NGOS always believe news and Stories which will benefit their Purses. The stories or news may have been posted or created by anti Sri Lankan liars and sometimes the journalists are the culprits.

In the Sunday Leader article you have said that the eyewitness to Retired General Fonseka's white flag episode is a journalist. I cannot comprehend how anybody says a hearsay is a eyewitness. How can he be an eyewitness it should be an ear witness. Will a Field commander speak about sophisticated war matters with the Defence Secretary or any higher command, for a third grade journalist to hear. Why should it comes out seven months after the war, war ended on May 17/2009 and Mr. Fonseka's white flag story came out in December just a month before the Presidential elections. Mr. Fonseka and his political advisers made Mr. Fonseka to come out with it to beat Mr. Mahinda Rajapakse in the election unfortunately it boomeranged and Mr. Fonseka tried to deny it under estimating the journalists wisdom who tape recorded his statement.

As it is proven beyond doubt that Mr. Fonseka was an invited guest with the family and 12 others by his Son-in-law, Mr. Danuna Tilakaratne's company form 5th to 17th May in China during final stages of the War against LTTE The war during that time had not been Commanded by Mr. Fonseka but some one or more who are responsible for ending the war. Learning of the World wars and other wars, Not days but some had been lost within hours of wrong commanding.

During Mavilaru rescue it was Mr. Mallawarachhi (If I am correct about the name) who commanded the Army. During that time Mr. Fonseka was recovering form the suicide attack. Facts could not erase by Gobbel's theory.

It is true as you have mentioned Mr. Fonseka did get 4 million votes on January 26/2009. Why Stephen did you stopped at that on April 8/2009 Mr.Fonseka got 90000(ninety thousand) votes and his pack of Comrades (Jokers) who peddled the theory that Mr. Fonseka won the LTTE war by himself alone got around half a million from the whole country of 15 million. The comrades managed to salvage Three parliamentary seats from 39 which they held prior to the election. So that is Mr. Fonseka's popularity on 8th April 2010.

It proves beyond doubt that votes in the presidential election has been bought with the money some of the west countries pumped to beat Mr. Mahinda Rajapakse. The left over money after the election one catch was found with A close relation of Mr. Fonseka. The total was around seventy million out of which was 100 brand new dollar notes with numbers were in numerical order Which proves that the Foreign countries has send them through the DPL Bags and under DPL immunity. Such was the Western countries vengeance against Sri Lanka for destroying the LTTE. The vast amount of money given to Mr. Fonseka will never be found out but any one can imagine the volume by just calculating the money spend for the election. At one day has occupied 70 rooms of an Five star hotel for his supporters and supposed have reserved similar number of rooms in another Hotel. We know how much his wealth was by reading his declaration of assets just before the Presidential election.

We Sinhalese are not an ungrateful bunch we do appreciate and commend Mr. Foneska the retired General and his contribution for the war victory from the day he was appointed the Army commander by Mr. Gotabaya sacking (discontinuing the sitting commander who was on a three year extension) up to 5th May / 2009 the day he left on a trip to China. We also do not wish to rob the credit from His Excellency Mr. Mahinda Rajapakse, Mr. Gotabaya, All three commanders of the armed forces and the rankers who faced the brunt in the battle field for the war victory.

It is very strange that the Western countries and NGO who complained against Mr. Fonseka when he was the commander of the Army about two years before Just evaporated once he emerged as an opponent to Mr. Mahinda Rajapakse for the Presidential election. If Mr. Fonseka retired from the services without contesting You and the west and the NGOs would have been calling blue murder and trying for Fonseka's hyde to hang him with war crimes allegations and with fabricated stories. Now he is a Saint who speaks the Gospel truth and the Government has remanded with fabricated charges.

Stephen as a last remark I wish to inform You to learn facts or find out the real truth and to do a job correctly without being prejudiced and arrogant without behaving like a butcher or a bull in a china shop.
