Large haul of war materials recovered

VANNI: 141 x Anti personnel mines have been recovered by the "HORIZON" de mining team in the general area of MAHILANKULAM and PALAMPIDDI yesterday (27).

Following military equipments were recovered by the troops in search operations conducted in the OMANTHAI, SINNAPANDIVIRICHCHAN, MADHU, and KIDAPIDDIKULAM areas yesterday (27).

Meanwhile, the "SARVATRA" de mining team also has found 01 x 60mm Mortar bomb in the KEERISUDDAN area on the same day.

MANNAR: The SL Army troops have recovered following war materials in search operations conducted in the KOLLANKULAM, MURUSUMODDAI, VISVAMADU, ADAMPAN and VETTILAKENI areas yesterday (27).

MULLAITTIVU: The SL Army troops have found following military items in search operations conducted in the general areas of VELLAMULLIVAIKKAL and KANDALKADU yesterday (27).
